Lojban given/family names

Hello,

In the imaginary nation of Lojbanistan, what are some likely given names for
children, and perhaps what are some likely family names?

I know that many "English" names are generally names of those who have lived
before (in either myth or history), and we tend to use them as labels, but I
have heard that other cultures have more meaning in their names, or rather
care more about the meaning of their names.
