Close. ba means future, not past, so it should be "those who will be."

It could be... but that wasn't the intended meaning. it comes from the first
Lojban techno song, which can be found at
http://nuzban.wiw.org/wiki/index.php?Lojban%20Rock%20Lyrics. The English
keyword for xusra is used in the translation there, where it is "You are the
evening of the coming porous prophet. The followers are in the tooth
collection." While I love the metaphorical interpretation, I have to admit,
in all fairness, that the lyrics were created by a random sentence
generator.

Of my other sigs, two are translated Jimmy Buffet song lyrics, and one is
