Etsah means "advice". (Root yud ayin tsadik, and related to
"le'ya'ets", to advise.) It's not actually talking about light, so
anything with "manku" and "gusni" is probably malxebro. I would
translate it something like "ma mipri le se stidi sepi'o lo tolprije
selsku".
