So it does, you're right. The place structure does not make
much sense then, because the form "le mlatu" is a sumti form
irrespective of any selbri,

Throughout the gismu list, I made the assumption that idealized "forms" would be a lujvo probably using tarmi. The place structure assumes that something is a sumti if it is an argument of a predication, not merely if it is of the form of such an argument.
