The text at the end says that we will send answers, but neither Athelstan 
nor anyone else ever made up a set of answers, and I've had to apologize 
for this to the 40-odd people who have actually sent answers over the last 
11 years (but at the rate of 3-4 per year, never got around to making up 
the answers myself).
