[lojban] IRC Logging working.

The #lojban channel on irc.lojban.org is now being logged from two
sites.  All text that looks like lojban is saved to disk at

http://www.digitalkingdom.org/lojban/irclog/

(nothing there until 02:21 tonight when the consolidation script runs).

So, come on out; your lojbanic musings will now be recorded for
posterity.  8)
