 bi'i      BIhI     unordered interval
                    non-logical interval connective: unordered between
                    ... and ...



 bi'o      BIhI     ordered interval
                    non-logical interval connective: ordered from ... to
                    ...



 mi'i      BIhI     center-range
                    non-logical interval connective: ordered components:
                    ... center, ... range surrounding center


Note "bi'o" and "mi'i".
