{.ibra xim.} is two words, the first an unassigned fu'ivla, and the second a 
cmene. It is the same as {.ibra .xim.}. The period before a name does not 
have to be written, unless the previous word is followed by a comma used as a 
punctuation mark (the comma makes the words run together without a 
phonological pause, though a phrasal pause is often heard).

I did once use unusual spacing to indicate a stress pattern: {se pi'oma} in 
"da kevna le baktu" instead of the more usual {sepi'o ma}.
