[lojban] {WebMaster} Site Update: New translatable files.

Thanks to Gary Burgess, the following files are now translatable:

htdocs/advanced.in.html
htdocs/beginners.in.html
htdocs/feedback.in.html
htdocs/help.in.html
htdocs/howtohelp.in.html
htdocs/learning.in.html
htdocs/llg.in.html
htdocs/publications.in.html
htdocs/quick.in.html

This means that the lojban.org translation pages at
http://www.lojban.org/twiki/bin/view/Translations/Lojbanorg now are
*much* bigger.  If you helped out with those files before, or even
if you didn't, please consider going back and working on the new
data.
