[lojban] PEG Parser pre-release.

Now that John Cowan (and others on IRC) have helped me package up my
parser properly as a JAR, you all are welcome to try it out.

Running it *should* just be a matter of "java -jar
lojban_peg_parser.jar", but I'm very bad with Java, so don't ask me.
