Doesn't "snout" involve the nose too? If so, then {nazbi} already
contains the idea of protrusion, so {nazmo'u} could be "x1 is
the snout/nose-mouth of x2". 

beak: the bill of a bird; esp. the bill of a bird of prey adapted
for striking and tearing.

bill: the jaws of a bird together with their horny covering.

xedja: x1 is a/the jaw [body-part] of x2

So {xedja} by itself could be used for bill/beak if you are
talking about a bird. If it's not a bird you're talking about
so that you need to specify more the type of xedja, then maybe
{ja'urxe'a} or {cakyxe'a} or maybe {cpismixe'a}.
