 Maybe you're hung up over my use of the word "fact".  Substitute
"claim", if you wish.  "The sun will rise to tomorrow" is making an
assertion that has a definite truth value, (true or false), but we
can't necessarily determine the truth value until (possible) the day
after tomorrow. It's like Gödel's uncertainty principal.
