But your first line says that for each of them there is exactly one
person that they both love and hate!

Despite what CLL says, {ce'e} doesn't do anything there. That says
that exactly one of them is such that there is exactly one that they
either love or hate but not both.

You want:

noko'a su'oko'a cu prami gi'e xebni
"None of them is such that there is at least one of them that they
both love and hate."

Or equivalently:

roko'a noko'a cu prami gi'e xebni
"For each of them there is none of them that they both love
and hate."
