You don't specify that the CFG must be unambiguous, so ambiguous CFG's
are acceptable? (We already know the language is unambiguous, but a
grammar that generates it can still be ambiguous, allowing more than
one way to generate the same valid string.)

Terminals are selmaho, not phonemes, right?
