If it's modelled on lo'e ... le'u, it should simply treat them as all
empty words, i.e. ignore their meaning.

That would replace a "zo" with a "sa'ai" ("zo" and  the second "sa'ai"
are just empty words, not parsed with their function).

Replaces "lo'u" with "le'u sa'ai".
