Yes that's what I mean. When I use soap to wash my laundry, it doesn't matter 
where it was made (though I made it myself), but it does matter what it's 
made of. A Castile or Marseille soap isn't necessarily made in Castile or 
Marseille, but it does have certain ingredients.
