[lojban] Re: Lojbanic Document Discusser

I've made changes to the program. Comments can now be edited as well
as deleted. It works in internet explorer now. There's a version that
doesn't use javascript, which you can see if you turn it off. But this
relies on fancy (for internet explorer) css.

For the script, I've only a few more remaining tasks that I can think
of: Allowing URLs in comments, and adding redirections in the
success/failure messages.

But the biggest task still remains. The documents need to be marked up
for there to be comments on them. I would be quite happy if I were
helped with this. Coordination would be need to avoid duplication of
effort. Of course, it would be better to mark them up in the source
code.
