Well, I was actually thinking of how "ko'a" was used earlier in the
thread, in something I hadn't quoted.  But I do sometimes use
different prosumti just for fun.  To my mind each of the k/fo'X are
exactly the same kind of blank canvas, and it's just a collective
habit that we tend to use "ko'a" first.
