I agree with nonbreaking space after {.i}.  It's probably also a good idea to
put nonbreaking space after sumtcita and LE.  

I understand the former (without agreeing), but I'm not seeing the upside in the latter. Nothing particularly special about sumtcita & LE.

one {pi} : "1.2.5 ..." {ni'o papirepimu ...}

That's handled by {pi'e} rather than {pi}.
