[lojban] Re: Lojban interactive software

I'm still getting to grips with the pronunciation (which I roped my wife into doing for me). If you would like to submit a more professional sounding phonetic alphabet, diphthongs, numbers or whatever, go for it :) Just record it in one go, I can slice and dice it up on my side. 

When it's a little more presentable, I would be honoured to have it featured on lojban.org.

That's cool!

I wonder though why some consonants are pronounced with an {y} and
some not.  Similarily, why are some vowels pronounced long and some
short?
