the "t" in jetnu and a go'i question

First question:
I was practicing my lojban the other day when I realized that sometimes I pronounce the "t" as kind of a short stop in the vowel before.  A good word for describing this is "jetnu".
Is this acceptable?  http://www.filedropper.com/jetnu1_1
Or am I being a lazy english speaker and should really say it like: http://www.filedropper.com/jetnu2

Second question:
I think I've asked this before but I don't remember ever getting a consistent answer.  If I say {mi klama ta .i go'i fe lo zarci} is it believed that I am going to "there which is a store" or "there and also a store (separate things)" or "a store (the {ta} has been replaced by {lo zarci})"?  Or is it something else entirely.

Also, if anyone knows off hand of a better site for dropping small files on the web I'd love to hear about it.
