.uacai now that I see it it sounds so obvious.  The {'e} from the {lo'e} was throwing me off.  I thought you were going for a {lo xe___} something.  And yes, I've seen the youtube videos and some of the stuff people have recorded (e.g. sance on jbotcan).  Now I kind of want to contribute more / converse more on mumble etc...

A new years resolution I've set for myself is to be conversational if not fluent in lojban by the end of the year and that will require hearing a lot of spoken lojban I think.

I don't remember what that recording was done for, but it's obviously
not a conversation, so I imagine I was reading it.

Since you got "jirna", you could have guessed "pavyseljirna", it's
likely the only context "jirna" has ever been used in.

Yes. Otherwise I wouldn't have used "le", much less "lo'e".
