Is jbovlate itself open for development? A way to reset or even change your password seems like a useful feature to have and while I'm not the best programmer in the world I could take a look if the source is available.

Sorry about that. There's only one of me; no-one else seems to want
to work on jbovlaste at all and I get busy/distracted.
Password reset to be the same as your userid; if you want something
more secure, send me private mail or come on IRC and say something
with "rlpowell" in it.
