I have no idea, but from the wikipedia article on the Polish language,
it should be something like this:

Lojban - Polish

a - a
b - b
c - sz
d - d
e - e
f - f
g - g
i - i
i (semivowel) - j
j - rz
k - k
l - l
m - m
n - n
o - o
p - p
r - r
s - s
t - t
u - u
u (semivowel) - ł
v - w
x - ch
y - ????
z - z
' - ????

You might also need:

ts - c
tc - cz
dz - dz
dj - dż

So the two missing are "y" and " ' ", but that shouldn't matter for gismu.
