Re: [lojban] Lindar is very nice to volunteer! (was Re: Re: smart.fm and fooling text-to-speech)

So, how's progress? I checked today and saw that no audio has been uploaded to http://www.lojban.org/tiki/valsi+Sound+Files, so I thought I'd ask.

Yes, do that please.

Here's all the words in the language ordered by frequency; ignore
everything but the first column.

However, before you really get going, please record the first few
cmavo, and then the first few gismu, and then these gismu:

betfu

pelxu

ciska

gunka

mudri

jarco

vukro

zbabu

which happen to cover all the sounds in the language except ' and y
:)

Post them at http://www.lojban.org/tiki/valsi+Sound+Files, and let
us know.  Then I'm going to make Arnt, our resident phonology
expert, listen to them.  I don't want to get 1k words into it and
have to tell you your "a" sounds are wrong, or something.

Thanks.

They say:  "The first AIs will be built by the military as weapons."
And I'm  thinking:  "Does it even occur to you to try for something
other  than  the default  outcome?"  See http://shrunklink.com/cdiz
