The latter is actually http://smart.fm/goals/268251 , and it's going
now.

Double cusku at the beginning; I think we should keep the "say" one,
but regardless, I can't actually figure out how to remove anything
via the web UI.
Go to the goal (Or to your created items, which will make it easier to sort them (as sorting doesn't seem to actually work in Goal Content), click the item(s) you want to delete- selected items will become highlighted. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the trash can icon. You may be asked for confirmation, and will recieve a message stating the items were deleted.

Still open.

You could do that, certainly. It'd be nice to have individual entries for each point on the scale for scalar cmavo (i.e. {.ui}, {.uicai}, {.uinai}, eic.), but I think that it'd be too cumbersome to do that, and learners more than likely could figure it out. In short, I think a striaght one to one transfer from the cmavo list would be fine.

The only (big) question in my mind is, how to order them? Alphabetical is certainly not the way to do it, but both selma'o order and usage order have their points.
