[lojban] FINALLY! Move to Google Groups is complete.

Turns out that GG has very strict controls against adding a lot of
users to groups without asking them for permission, presumably to
make spamming hard.  Which I'm fine with, it's just unfortunate I
didn't figure that out until I'd disabled the old list (I'm being
much more careful with lojban-beginners!).

Anyways, the list is now up and running as far as I can tell.
