That's the standard, yes, and the answer is "both". No ambiguity
results, so use whichever you like.
From Lojban to English [jbo->en]:
Word: {nondei}
Type: lujvo
Gloss Word: {Sunday}
Gloss Word: {sunday}
Definition: x1 is a Sunday of week x2 in calendar x3.
Notes: Sunday is either day seven or day zero, depending on your
perspective.
