Yes, according to the gismu list. But you could just as
clearly say: {mi ralju lei fenki} and there is no change
in meaning that I can detect. Requiring the x2 of ralju to
be exclusively a mathematical set does not make sense,
because there are many places that allow both sets and
masses. A serious distinction between masses and sets
would require that no place could take both, but that is
not the case in Lojban.
