Any and all of them. It's a property of anything measurable
in Joules.

If you think torque is not measurable in Joules, or if you
don't want to measure it in Joules, you could use for
example {le ka klanrniutoni pi'u mitre} or even better,
{le ka klanrniutonimitre}, which works for anything
measurable in newton-meters.

or angular acceleration, which is k m^2 s^-2?

That doesn't look like angular acceleration.
Don't you mean (rad) s^-2?

We have {radno} and {snidu}, but I haven't yet found
a way to combine them that I like.
