is not meaningless or empty; it is an event that didn't fasnu.

Otherwise all is well, except for the missing last graf, which I cannot
write any better than you can.

I see no reason why you should be compelled to explain positions that
you cannot understand.  Just note that your view is not the only
view, and that's all that is needed.
