Great! Quicker than me. (I just don't want to design a Chinese-Lojban application-based dictionary right now, and now fully embarked into jbovlaste)

The dictionary is a compact and quick Windows application representing vocabulary data in hypertex format. 

Even if you don't speak Russian I suggest you to take a look at it. Imagine you have the same dictionary in your language! ;)
