Firstly, even though "{pafcribe}" is not a {cmevla}, it can still be used as a
{cmene} in constructs like "{la pafcribe}" and "{mi'e pafcribe}."  If you
insist on a {cmevla}, "{pafrib}" would be the preferred form by the {lujvo}
scoring rules.  Between "{pafcrib}" and "{pafcribeC}," "{pafcrib}" is
preferred, as the addition of a consonant is primarily used when converting
foreign names to Lojban, whereas {brivla} can lose their final vowel without
any adverse effects; see also existing {cmene} like "{lojbangirz}" (which is
used instead of "{lojbangirzus}").
