[lojban] Re: webserver hosed?

I was intending to be "snarky" but that was only because I'm used to dealing with my computer illiterate friends and family that are always asking questions that could very easily me answered by google.  I didn't realize that you had already googled and come up empty handed.

As for cpu steal, this is what happens when one physical machine hosts multiple services and one service starts hogging all of the cpu thus "stealing" cpu cycles from the other services.

Pierre, thank you for that clarification.  As I've just written
elsewhere, I'm not enough of an expert to answer your questions,
but I do observe that you've already done more homework than
most poeple would do.  Please don't take this the wrong way, but
my answer would've been completely different had I known you had
made some effort before asking the question.

Again, my intent was not to be snarky or dismissive.  If it appeared
that way to you then I apologise unreservedly.
