Indeed. And for me at least totally plausible at first... I somehow
misprocessed some piece early on and thought it was saying the BPFK
had decided to hear proposals and here's one they're working on. So
when I first started reading it I totally bought it hook, line, and
sinker. Then about a paragraph after reading the part about "existing
internet standards" I went back and said, "Wait, what was that?" Then
it clicked. I knew right away what the sample was going to look like,
scrolled down, saw that I was right, and burst out laughing.

Brilliant work, Robin, and at a time when I think the whole jboste
needed a good laugh after all the serious discussion going on with
this issue.
