Unfortunately, it can't be extrapolated that easily. Codes like those
two with VC form will work, but:

AO (Angola)       ->  gugda'o   (a lujvo!)

LU (Luxembourg) ->  guglu'u   (a lujvo!)

RW (Rwanda)       ->  gugruve  (breaks down as "gu gruve")

CL (Chile)            -> *gugculu   ("gc" is not a valid cluster.)

We were lucky with "bangu" because the "n" of "ban" can be followed by
any consonant (except "n"), but "gug" is more restrictive, and also
two letters instead of three won't always produce fu'ivla.

So this needs some more work.
