There is no technical solution to this in the smart.fm setup that
I'm aware of.  My personal solution is to not click "quiz me" or
"next" until I'm sure I know which it is.  I haven't gone so far as
to deliberately click a wrong answer if I get it wrong in my head,
but I'm considering it.

I find the drill application more likely to come up with two
genuinely likely options than the iKnow application, by the way.
