The rule is uniform for all ISO-codes:

s -> su
a -> 'a
n -> nu

If you are going to choose the vowel that goes with each consonant by
some other method on a case by case basis, the rule becomes more
arbitrary, not less. And you have to decide what to do with:

h -> xe
q -> ke
w -> ve
y -> je

mu'o mi'e xorxes
