[lojban] so'i ko'a poi li'o

I'm sure this has been asked many times before but a quick search of the google groups didn't turn anything up so...

How is this interpreted?  {mi citka so'i plise poi xunre}

The way I see it there are three possibilities.

1) of the {plise poi xunre} I eat {so'i} of them
2) of the {so'i plise} I eat those of them which {poi xunre} (potentially not any of them since {so'i} may have happened to select only non xunre plise
3) of the {plise} I eat all of them which {poi xunre} which is {so'i} of all of them.

Which one of these is correct?  Or is it something else entirely?
