Re: [lojban] Japanese speakers needed

Hi,

The current Contact Us page on the Lojban Wiki
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Contact+Us has a list of
international contacts.

We need a volunteer to become the contact for
Japanese speakers.

In addition to language fluency, I suggest at least one year of
regular involvement with the Lojban community, familiarity
with Lojban resources, and dependability (ability to respond
to email inquiry within 72 hours). A detailed knowledge
of Lojban grammar should not be necessary.

Why do we need International Contacts?
1) To properly reflect the fact that this is a language for people
world-wide.
2) To provide an initial 'local' contact to those who would feel
more comfortable with one.

What work would this entail?
Answering very occasional initial inquiries from local writers (like
Arika Okrent), the media and potential lojbanists - and pointing them
towards the appropriate resource.

If you would like to do this, or have other ideas, please let me know.

Hi
i am Japanese. I have been learning lojban for about 2 month so understand the basics of lojban grammar. I think it is important to translate resource such as ".i la lojban m " into Japanese and many other foreign language.
