Every time this happens, I give out a list of people besides me who
can fix it, and every time it happens again, everyone ignores said
list.

So this time, I'm not going to fix it, so y'all get some practice.

Stephen Weeks, Arnt Johansen, and Ted Reed all have the required
access.  They are on IRC as Tene, Broca, and treed, respectively.
