Re: [lojban] LLG Annual meeting - 2009 annual minutes

Whoops, that totally came out differently from what I was aiming at!
The two sentences were not at all meant to be related. What I was trying
to say:

I don't want lojban to explode. People are lazy. I am, too.

Sometimes i get bursts of motivation, such as right now.

And about the translation…
Well, big parts of the site user interface are already translated and,
much to my dismay, are pretty horrifying. The translations sound totally
forced and it's not always very straightforward, what is meant. I
suppose everyone who'd visit the site would immediately be horrified and
leave. Translating, to me, feels like wasted effort, since in my
experience many germans (in our target audience) can read english just fine.

And the video, well…
I'm having hard times coming up with topics, then with something to say
and then actually doing it. It feels weird, sitting in my apartment,
talking lojban by myself, as the door to the stairway lets a lot of
vibrations through, so, yeah… All bad excuses, I guess ;)
