For the audition, I don't really care if you read from the script or
not.
I just want to hear you do a couple of 'voices', and I want to make
sure your Lojban isn't absolutely horrible. =P If you need something
to read, then take a few lines from la .alis. and read some of the
English lines in the script.
Mic quality isn't ABSOLUTELY important, just make sure you get a nice
recording that doesn't clip. I can do a lot with Pro Tools.
Sorry, I keep forgetting to do this. Lojban.org seems to be down right
now, but when it's back up again, I recorded an (Ogg Vorbis) audio of "la.teris. po'u
lo tirxu cu vitke zi'o le barda tcadu", which I would consider good
material for the Lojban portion of the audition. IIRC, I forgot the
penultimate stress thing when I was saying the names, but otherwise it's
a fairly good account of my spoken Lojban.
As for the English, I'll try to remember to do that when I get a quiet moment later today.
