likewise.  I'm able to ping it but the webserver seems to be not responding.

If I remember correctly there are a couple of people (besides RLPowell) who are able to re-start the web-server.  Let's see.  From my email archives it looks like:

Stephen Weeks, Arnt Johansen, and Ted Reed all have the required
access.  They are on IRC as Tene, Broca, and treed, respectively.

Anybody on IRC at the moment who can ping any of these folks (or RLPowell if none respond ;) )
