[lojban] cfipu vs. frinu

According to my recollection, the Book and the gimste disagreed on what "fi'u" 
is the rafsi of. The gimste says it's the rafsi of "cfipu", but the Book in 
chapter 18 implies that "frinu" has a short rafsi (I thought there was a word 
like "trefi'usnidu" in the refgram but I don't find it). Has the word 
disappeared in the recent editing of the Book?

I asked about this a few years ago

but no one answered, probably because the subject of the email was irrelevant 
to the question.
