That's not a bug, that's what the voting system is for.  Whether you
agree that that's how it *should* work is another issue entirely,
but that was very much by design.

You caught my in a magnanimous frame of mind.  :)  I've made a
script to do this once a day; the result will be at
http://lojban.org/~rlpowell/jbovlaste_dump.sql.gz

(no user info; let me know if you see anything else that seems like
it should be private)
