how do you want this thing exported?  I assume that you're saying you want to be 

able to see the difference as well means that exporting an mp3 won't work?  I'm 
not very familiar with audacity.

Ogg files, sent directly to the lojban-pl list will do.  But Audacity will allow 
you 

to graphically compare the sound 
frequencies.  When I recorded words with {x} and {"} which I had thought I did 
quite 

well, I was surprised to see there was almost no difference in the frequency 
patterns.

Audacity is easy to get and easy to use (even for me!).
