Re: [lojban] Challenging pronunciation



  I can attest to that.  I go to a synagogue with a very large Russian
immigrant contingent.  Like lojban, Hebrew has both phonemes and they
are (what's the linguistic word for "makes a significant difference?"
I'm drawing a blank here).  Many of the congregants have trouble
making the sounds distinct.
