I don't think there is any "zi'o" equivalent for tags, which I guess
is what the first one is driving at.
For the second one you just say "na'i", like you would do with any
question or statement with unwarranted presuppositions.
("cu'e" is a pointless word with no use whatsoever, BTW, just in case
you wanted my opinion on that.)
