Oh.  From your email I thought that you would interpret "ca ro cerni" as being something like "during that time which is <every morning> I wake up" like you are waking up one time and that one time event is occurring at every night, which is absurd.  

Would you interpret it the same way for location tags?  e.g. if I say: "mi citka bu'u ro lo gusta" have I said that I eat at every restaurant (multiple events of me eating) or that I eat once at the location (every restaurant); (an absurd statement)?

"mi sipybi'o ca ro nicte", "mi cikybi'o ca ro cerni".
